The JWCH HIV testing and counseling program targets homeless individuals in the downtown Los Angeles area of Central City East commonly known as skid row. These services are provided at both JWCH medical clinics in the area and at various sites throughout the area by community health workers of the JWCH Institute's Medical Outreach Team.
