Helping Kids to Recover, Inc. (HKR) is a 501(c) 3 non-profit community based organization that is certified by the State of California, Department of Health Care Services, we are partially funded by the County of Los Angeles Public Health/ Substance Abuse Prevention and Control. We offer Outpatient Drug Free Services designed to meet the needs of youth ages 12-20. Improving the life of youth and their families is our success.
