The agency provides a non-residential center for people with disabilities who live, primarily, in the Southeast area of Los Angeles County, which includes the cities of Bell, Bellflower, Bell Gardens, Commerce, Cudahy, Downey, Huntington Park, La Mirada, Lynwood, Maywood, Norwalk, Paramount, Pico Rivera, Santa Fe Springs, South Gate and Whittier.
