The center provides emergency food, health services, holiday assistance, and shelter for people who live in the eleven city service area of Altadena, Arcadia, Azusa, Baldwin Park, Bradbury, Duarte, Irwindale, Monrovia, Pasadena, South Pasadena and Sierra Madre.
