The program provides services for older adults age 65 and older related to case management to eligible Meci-Cal recipients who live in Antelope Valley, Bellflower, Burbank, Canyon Country, Carson, Castaic, Chatsworth, Compton, Culver City, Gardena, Glendale, Granada Hills, Huntington Park, Inglewood, La Crescenta, Lancaster, Lawndale, Lynwood, Mission Hills, North Hills, North Long Beach, Northridge, Pacoima, Palmdale, San Fernando, Santa Clarita, Saugus, South Gate, South Central Los Angeles, Stevenson Ranch, Sylmar, Torrance and Tujunga.
