South Central Los Angeles Regional Center (SCLARC) is a private, non-profit organization offering evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, advocacy and support for people diagnosed with developmental disabilities, and children with developmental delays. SCLARC provides Early Start intervention services for children with developmental delays, or at risk for delays, under the age of 3, and supportive services for individuals diagnosed with a permanent developmental disability, ages 3 and above.

SCLARC Serves the cities of Bell, Bell Gardens, Maywood, Paramount, Cudahy, Downey, Huntington Park, South Gate, Compton, Lynwood, Gardena, Vernon and Carson, as well as the South Los Angeles area, including the communities of Watts, Crenshaw, Hyde Park, Leimert Park, View Park and Baldwin Hills.
