The center provides mental health services for adults welfare-to-work support services mentally/emotionally disturbed persons who live in the Northeast Health District which includes Lincoln Heights, Highland Park, El Sereno, and parts of Glassell Park.
Hours:- Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm.
