The Department of Regional Planning performs all land use planning functions for the unincorporated areas of Los Angeles County. Our services include long range planning, land development counseling, project/case intake and processing, environmental review and zoning enforcement for each of our County unincorporated communities. We provide general counseling and case processing in field offices located throughout Los Angeles County in order to provide convenient local planning expertise and services within the community. Office hours vary so please check before your visit. The field offices accept the following applications:
Depending on workload and project type, some Site Plan Review and Zoning Conformance Review applications may be processed in the field offices to provide convenient customer service. Other applications must be routed downtown for processing.
