The fitness program is geared towards adults. This recreational program is designed to promote healthy living while working out with the gudance of an instructure.
Basic elements of exercising, steps, weights & jogging
The After School Program is geared towards youth in elementary and middle schools. This recreation program is designed to promote self-esteem through group interaction and self-expression. The program offers homework assistance, games, sports, music, computers and arts and crafts
Basic beginning of ceramic painting
Participants will learn different levels of techniques in stunts, dance, and cheer; all being taught with the understanding that safety comes first. It is the goal of this agency to provide a fun activity in a safe environment, aid in deterring youth from the pressures of the street, and help build self-esteem and social skills.
Capers is a performing Arts program for participant’s ages 4-17 interested in song and dance. Activities include a large dance and a culminating performance. Participants do a finale performance the 1st Saturday of June

Running, kicking and ball handleling are basic fundamentals of sports, and basic elements of play. the key is to make it fun, not demanding or stressful, two of our divisons are non-competitive divisions the other 2 divisions are competetive league the ages are 4 years old to 12 years old.
Program is for kids ages 7-13, boys and girls. Kids will be play games, outdoor activities, field trips to different locations.

Running, jumping, passing and shooting are basic fundamentals of sports, and basic elements of play. the key is to make it fun, not demanding or stressful, one of our divison is a non-competitive division the other 3 divisions are competetive league the ages are 7 years old to 14 years old.
Swim instruction provided to the community for all levels of swimming ability. Lessons offered for toddlers and infants, youth, adults, and seniors. Swim classes offered from ages 7 to adult for the non-swimmer up to advanced. Parent/toddler classes offered for ages 18 months to 6 years. All swim classes are based on American Red Cross guidelines. Class offerings are determined by need.
