This 14-acre park is a treasure of the Quartz Hill area as it is also the only park in the community. The land that it sits on was once part of an alfalfa farm owned by George and Olga Lane. In 1959, the Lane’s donated the land for the purpose of creating a park to be enjoyed by local and surrounding communities. With many special events throughout the year, George Lane Park is a hub of activity and fun for everyone.
