Provide a fun Basketball Tournament with adults of the Community of Altadena.
Learn the many diverse cultural dances of Africa. Learn body movement and the special meaning of these movements.
Provide a safe, fun, and learning environment for children ages 6-13. They receive tutoring and homework assistance, recreational activities include dance, mobement, table games, sports, cooking and arts & crafts.
The Ballet Dance program is for kids 3yrs. old to 11 yrs. old. Children in groups 3-5 and 6-11 will learn the basic techniques of ballet.
Running, jumping, throwing and catching are basic fundamentals of sports, and basic elements of play. We allow these building blocks of athleticism; the key is to make it fun, not demanding or stressful.

Engage with your local park environment to discover the wonders of our natural world. Each child will have the opportunity to explore the outdoors, find insects, learn about dinosaurs and space, discover the mysteries of the oceans and create their own science projects. Camp would not be complete without field trips, an end of summer overnight camp-out and the chance to meet real scientists! The ESTEAM summer camp program will provide campers with opportunities to be engaged in hands-on learning that excites, energizes, and exposes them to a wide variety of skills and ideas.
Participants will enjoy the game of football without the physical contact. Flag football is a form of football in which the ball-carrier's progress is stopped when an opponent pulls a flag from the ball carrier's pocket or belt. Good times and fun for all.

Youth Soccer teaches the core fundamentals for the game of soccer. Teaching players between the ages of 3-12 years old, dribbling skills, passing the ball, footwork, the rules of soccer, vocal & listening skills, team work and sportsmanship. Games are more advanced with a dedication to player development, self discipline and skill building.
All participants have a chance to learn new skills and enjoy fun competition in a safe environment. Registration and teams are organized at each park. If you’re interested in being a volunteer coach or would like more information on this sport, please contact your local park.
The Teen Club provides youth with a place to come together and have fun in a safe, supportive environment. Teens participate in many activities ranging from sports, field trips, dances, volunteer work, homework assistance and mentoring.
Tiny Tot Program is intended to benefit the development of the whole child. Young children learn and develop their understanding of the world through play, language development, mathematical, music art, socoial/emotional relationships and physcial fitness.
Enjoy some Ballroom Dancing with music that encompasses the genres of Motown, R&B, and Jazz.
a girls youth program for ages 10 – 14, that allows girls to learn the fundamentals and enhance the skills for game.
Program is for kids ages 6-14, boys and girls. Kids will be play games, outdoor activities, field trips to different locations.
Pool is open to the public to cool off from the summer heat. Schedule varies depending on day(s). All pool users must be in approptiate swim wear.
Swim instruction provided to the community for all levels of swimming ability. Lessons offered for toddlers and infants, youth, adults, and seniors. Swim classes offered from ages 7 to adult for the non-swimmer up to advanced. Parent/toddler classes offered for ages 18 months to 6 years. All swim classes are based on American Red Cross guidelines. Class offerings are determined by need.
Instruction in the use of mask, fins, and snorkel. Participants will learn the proper use of skin diving equipment and skills for comfort and enjoyment in the water. Some components of the course include mask clearing, several different kicks and conditioning for endurance.

This program allows participants to build strength, flexibility, and endurance with low impact exercises without the consequences of sore joints.
